Everyone has favourite plants, even if the choice changes depending on what is currently ‘doing it’s thing’ in the garden. These pages are for members to share their personal favourites and the reasons why they like them. Over time it will give us ideas as to what we can grow in our own gardens in this part of the world and maybe inspire us to try something different.

We have opted to record plant favourites on a monthly basis in order to give a more comprehensive database for future reference. Where possible a link is included to more information on each plant.

Please email your plant favourite each month to  cothigardeners@gmail.com , giving the name of the plant, why you like it and, if possible, a pic showing it in your garden.
